H.E. Ambassador Michel Raimbaud has a distinguished diplomatic career as former French Ambassador to Mauritania, Sudan and Zimbabwe. His is Honorary Plenipotentiary Minister and Honorary Director of the French National Office for Protection of Political Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA). He lectures at postgraduate level at the Centre for Diplomatic and Strategic Studies (CEDS) in Paris.
